great room but minor hiccups
The standard double room was spacious and very well cleaned. Plenty of storage and a fridge made our stay more convenient.
The check-in process could be smoother.

Scenic rooftop terrace, Library bar for relaxation, Convenient access to parks
Room views could improve, better channel selection needed on TV!!! Also, a little more attention to shower facility issues would enhance comfort significantly!!!

We had a fantastic family stay at this charming hotel. Dad loved our cozy apartment, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby Krakow attractions. The breakfast spread was delightful, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.
For dads, it would be great to have some children’s activities available on-site.

Perfect location for exploring!
We just needed a cozy spot and this place nailed it! Staff were super nice and helpful. The room was comfy with a fab vintage vibe. Breakfast was okay, but could use more variety. Being so close to everything made our trip awesome! Just watch out for some noise if you're by the terrace.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, right in the heart of the action. I really enjoyed the charming decor and cozy ambiance, which made for a delightful stay. The breakfast in the beautiful conservatory setting was a highlight of each morning, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The only downside was that the shower pressure could have been better, but that didn't overshadow the overall experience.

I loved the charming decor and cozy ambiance at Hotel Grodek. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square, but quiet enough away from the crowds. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations with plenty of options that catered to different tastes. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially with arranging transport and local tours. My room, while beautifully decorated, had a small shower that lacked good pressure. The beds felt a bit small, which made sleeping a little less comfortable than I hoped. I also noticed that the bar staff could use a bit more training, as my cocktails on one night weren't prepared well. For the price, I expected a higher standard in drink preparation. Overall, the hotel provided a comfy stay, but there’s room for a few adjustments.
